Wil began in real estate before completing his diploma in mortgage broking, working behind the scenes on dozens of property transactions. That early exposure to both sides of a deal, buyers, sellers and lenders, shaped a process-driven approach to lending.
Before establishing Vairo, Wil specialised in off-the-plan construction purchases and first home buyer schemes, pairing government grants with the right loan structure for clients entering the market.
Today Wil applies that experience across first home, investment, construction and refinance lending, with a focus on making the process straightforward, transparent and tailored.
